Pressed Bevel Integrated SPC Flooring

Conventional painted bevel planks suffer from whitening, peeling, and edge cracking after long-term use, severely ruining premium space aesthetics. This series comprehensively upgrades the manufacturing process by adopting self-developed laser integrated molding technology to form the substrate, decorative film, wear layer, and U-shaped curved bevel in one whole piece.

Core Highlight: The continuous wood grain stretches seamlessly into the deepest parts of the bevel without any raw or abrupt breakage, 100% restoring the natural, warm texture of solid wood.

Quality Leap: This integrated structure fundamentally eliminates common edge damage and chipping defects. The edges are tightly packed, stable, and anti-deformation, featuring outstanding stain and aging resistance. Equipped with 0.3/0.5mm wear layers and an optional IXPE acoustic underlay, various sizes fit residential houses, private clubs, and luxury hotels perfectly with zero complicated daily maintenance.

Grout Tech SPC Tiles

Large-format tiles represent current mainstream aesthetics, but traditional ceramic tiles are heavy, rely heavily on professional tilers, and feature tile joints that easily accumulate dirt and mold. Specially engineered to solve these pain points, DECNO utilizes patented resilient flooring inclined cutting technology to reserve a curved grout groove precisely on the tongue position. Without weakening the click system's locking strength, the 3D groove perfectly restores the authentic visual effect of cement tile joints.

Innovative Experience: This line is extremely lightweight and completely supports DIY click-lock installation without mortar or post-grouting, drastically shortening construction cycles.

Scene Adaptation: Since the curved grooves leave no dead corners for dirt buildup, it fully retains all the waterproof and scratch-resistant merits of the SPC core. Available in mainstream tile sizes like 450×900mm and 600×1200mm, it serves as the ultimate cost-performance choice for retail shops, boutique homestays, and full-house renovations looking for a premium tile appearance.

LSPC Lightweight SPC Flooring

Standard solid SPC features high density and heavy weight, which limits ocean freight container loading volume, pushes up logistics expenses, and makes it unsuitable for load-limited spaces like old buildings or steel structures. By optimizing eco-friendly formulas to reduce high-density mineral fillers, DECNO adopts in-house integrated controlled microfoam extrusion technology to engineer a stable, high-strength, and dense 1.6g/cm³ closed microcell foamed core inside the plank.

Structure & Performance: The foamed core brings a built-in cushion layer, delivering a much softer, more comfortable stepping experience while resisting edge chipping during cutting. Mini Size SPC Flooring

Large-format planks and standard herringbone designs currently lead to severe market homogenization, failing to meet the personalized aesthetic and space-expanding demands of small apartments or delicate homestays. This slim plank strictly locks in a 5:1 golden aspect ratio (90×450mm). Once laid, it creates continuous, delicate V-shaped geometric lines.

Texture Details: The product features deep EIR (Embossed-in-Register) synchronized embossing, perfectly aligning the concave-convex texture with the printed wood grain for realistic, high-end 3D visual effects. Since slim boards support highly flexible cutting in irregular spaces, material waste is lowered significantly. Available with optional four-sided pressed bevels, it matches minimalist, retro, and various interior styles seamlessly.

Traditional herringbone flooring separates A and B boards, making the entire workflow—from production packaging and warehouse management to onsite laying—extremely tedious. Installers easily mix up directions, leading to construction complaints, high cutting waste, and long working hours. DECNO revolutionizes the click structure by standardizing the globally innovative Valinge integrated all-in-one click system, enabling a single type of plank to seamlessly lock in all directions without any A/B or front/back distinction. 

Express Installation: No need to distinguish between A and B planks. Just tap it into place. It saves 30% - 50% in laying time, making independent DIY installation accessible even for beginners.
