The extrusion process is equipped with patented multi-roller equipment and electronic control systems to achieve precise control of process parameters; the automated UV coating line forms a high-strength surface protective layer through multiple curing steps, making the product more wear-resistant, scratch-resistant and stain-resistant; high-precision grooving equipment ensures that the lock is tightly fitted; the fully automatic packaging line enables an efficient delivery closed loop.

The laboratory possesses precision testing capabilities throughout the entire process, from incoming raw materials to finished products, covering over 20 key testing items.
