Product quality is the decision to survive and die. DECNO has formed a strict accusation system after decades of development and formed a professional accusation team.

Every piece of DECNO SPC floor is rigorously tested before being delivered to the customer. First of all, from the perspective of SPC raw materials, we promise to each customer not to use any recycled plastic and harmful substances. In terms of dimensional stability, we will take samples for high-temperature baking at 80℃ for 24 hours to check dimensional stability. 

Regarding the SPC surface, we use double UV coating to make our SPC floor have excellent stain resistance, scratch resistance, smoke resistance and slip resistance.

Laminate Quality Control

DECNO always focus on the quality. There is a very strict quality control system in every production process and after the production. Also, we have a very professional quality inspection team,they strictly control every production process to ensure a excellent quality.

During the production, our inspection team check the product in every process of production,at irregular intervals.

After production, we use professional laboratory tools to check the finished product. For example, Taber test for the determination of abrasion resistance, determination of openings and height difference between elements.
